Nothing goes as planned when a retired football Lege, David Coles (Rock the Icon), moves into a small quiet town to settle down, buy a house, and start a family. After his realtor, Alicia Fox (Nyomi Banxxx), helps him find his dream home a night of celebration turns to hot passion and sex. The celebration quickly fades into a nightmare when Alicia Fox finds that David doesn't share the same level of interest. The nightmare then becomes reality when the angry and deranged Alicia Fox becomes Fatally Obsessed. Alicia Fox sets out to destroy anything and everything that David comes in contact with including his friends and family. Alicia Fox will stop at nothing to prove to David that if she can't have him, no one will.
